ZOO RULES

Do not frighten the animals.
Do not feed and grass the animals.
Taking photos of animals usingflash is prohibited.
Do not carry pets.
Do not enter areas fenced off.
Eating or drinking are prohibited inside the exhibition facilities.
Bringing open flames is prohibited.
Entering the zoo in a costume is prohibited.
No smoking in the zoo except in designated areas.
No re-entry.

※You may be asked to leave the zoo in the following cases.

If you do not follow the ZOO RULES.
If you cause damage to the zoo facilities or animals, or zoo staff suspect that you are doing so.
If you behave in a way that is a nuisance to other visiters, or zoo staff supect that you are doing so.
If you do not follow other instructions given by the zoo signs or staff.

You must agree to these rules in order to enter the zoo.

Prohibited items

Items that may affect the behavior of the animals, such as radio-controlled toys (including drones), loudspeakers, and balls or interfere with other visitors' viewing, and other for safety reasons as well as fires and tents are prohibited.
A list of the most common prohibited items during summer and winter opening hours is posted at the entrance to the zoo, so please check.

Regarding taking photos and videos in the zoo

All live streaming and filming for commercial purposes are generally prohibited.
